Rebuilding an existing brand for a Swiss financial business
A Swiss-based financial services firm had a stable of profitable business that lacked brand clarity and quality. The visual identity was inconsistent across markets, the tone of voice was undefined, and the digital presence no longer reflected the quality of the business. We undertook a full brand rebuild: auditing the existing identity, developing a new visual language rooted in precision and trust, and rolling it out across product, web, investor communications and print. The result was a coherent brand system that could scale across multiple products and geographies without losing consistency.

Designing a path for an AI assistant within an investment banking platform
A global investment bank was integrating an AI assistant into its primary internal platform and needed to design how that experience would work in practice. The challenge was not just UI: it was defining how the assistant should surface, how users would learn to trust it, and how it sat within an existing, complex workflow. We mapped user journeys, defined interaction patterns, and designed the full conversational interface from entry points through to task completion. The work covered both the ambient presence of the assistant and its active states across different use cases within the platform.

Structuring a fintech's creative operations
A scaling fintech had accumulated significant design debt: multiple agencies producing inconsistent work, no shared component library, and a brand that meant different things to different teams. We were brought in not just to design, but to help restructure how design work was commissioned, managed and quality-controlled. This involved auditing all existing design output, establishing a centralised component library and brand governance framework, defining briefing standards, and training internal stakeholders on how to work with design teams effectively. The engagement combined hands-on design work with strategic operational support.

Designing a new, market-leading client service for an investment bank
An investment bank identified an opportunity to differentiate through the quality of its client-facing service experience. The brief was to design a new client service offer from the ground up: what it covered, how it was delivered, and how it looked and felt at every touchpoint. We worked closely with the client services and product teams to map the full client journey, identify friction points and opportunities, and design a proposition that genuinely stood apart in a market where service quality is often discussed but rarely designed. The output included a service blueprint, a visual identity for the proposition, and a suite of client-facing materials. From an excel style offering to a rich, market leading platform.

Redesigning a RegTech brand's presence
A RegTech business with a strong product had a brand that was not doing it justice. The visual identity had been built incrementally over several years and lacked the coherence and authority needed to compete for enterprise contracts. We undertook a full brand and digital redesign: sharpening the positioning, redefining the visual identity, and redesigning the website from the ground up with a focus on credibility, clarity and conversion. The new brand needed to work equally well in sales contexts, at industry events, and within regulated financial institutions where trust signals matter.

Supporting a Private Equity firm's marketing team
A mid-market Private Equity firm needed design support embedded within its marketing function rather than managed at arm's length through an agency relationship. We provided ongoing design partnership across all marketing and investor communications output: fund materials, LP presentations, transaction announcements, event collateral, digital content and brand guardianship. The engagement required deep familiarity with the firm's voice, relationships, and the specific visual standards expected within institutional PE. Working as a trusted extension of the internal team, we helped raise the quality and consistency of all design output over a multi-year period, sitting neatly behind larger and more transient agency relationships.

Designing a new FinTech platform for management through advanced data visualisation
A fintech business was building a new platform to help investment managers understand and act on complex data sets. The core design challenge was turning high-density financial data into something navigable and actionable without losing the depth that professional users needed. We designed the full product experience: information architecture, dashboard logic, data visualisation patterns, and the interaction model across desktop and tablet. The work required close collaboration with the data and engineering teams to ensure the design was grounded in technical reality while still pushing what the product could be. The platform launched to institutional clients and has since been expanded across additional asset classes.
